- Terms of payment are 10% down on acceptance of offer with balance in ninety (90) days.
- Properties are sold on an “as is where is” basis and subject to all outstanding Rates and Taxes and outgoings.
- The Mortgagee does not bind itself to accept the highest or any offer.
- Unsuitable offers would not be acknowledged.

1. How do I place a bid for a vehicle? What is the process?
Vehicles can be viewed and offers can be submitted via all Carmax locations.

Only successful bidders will be contacted. The successful bidder will be contacted by a representative of Carmax and they will give the buyer 10 days to present a certified cheque for the purchase of the vehicle, if a cash buyer. If purchasing through financing, the buyer must pay their downpayment within 2 working days of their bid being approved, and they will have up to 45 days to close the sale. Arrangements will then be made with Carmax to transfer ownership of the vehicle.
2. How do I place a bid for a property? What is the process?
Bids to be submitted to the below address /email address – please note that only successful bidders will be contacted. The successful bidder will be contacted by the Collections Unit and advised of down payment to be made within 14 days of acceptance of the offer, and balance of sale price is to be paid within 90 days.

3. Can bidders view auto and real estate prior to submitting their bid?
Yes, bidders can view auto and real estate prior to bid submission. Vehicles can be viewed at Carmax locations or online at https://onecarsource.com/, and properties can be viewed by contacting the realtors on the panel, to set an appointment.
4. Can interested persons bid on more than one property or vehicle?
Yes, persons can submit offers on more than one property/vehicle.
5. How soon after placing a bid, will I know whether mine is successful?
Typically, feedback is provided within a week.
6. Do I need to be an ANSA Bank client to place a bid?
No, you do not need to be an Ansa Bank client to place a bid.
7. Can I apply for a loan to make a purchase?
Yes, a bidder can apply for a loan. If they are interested in applying for a loan from Ansa Bank, a referral to one of our BDOs can be made.
8. If my bid was successful, do I need a loan from ANSA Bank to purchase?
No, the bidder is not required to take a loan from Ansa Bank.
9. Can I place a bid on behalf of someone else?
No, bids should only be submitted by the intended purchasers.
