What is ANSA Bank Online?
ANSA Bank Online is our new Digital Banking Platform that allows you to bank anytime and anywhere.
How do I self-register as an existing customer?
Great news – you can self-register for ANSA Bank Online in just minutes! Simply visit ANSA Bank Online and select “Are you an existing customer?” and follow the steps outlined.
Who can self-register for existing joint accounts?
- Self-registration is available for the account holder. In the case of joint accounts, the primary or main account holder must complete self-registration.
- For the secondary account holder, in instances where the accounts mandate was established with and/or signatory authority, the secondary account holder can be manually added to ANSA Bank Online through our contact centre.
- The primary account holder must be registered first, before any additional account holders receive access.
- In cases where the account is established for both account holders to authorize transactions, if a transaction originates from one account holder the other account holder must also authorize the transaction before it is executed.
What do I need to complete registration?
You need your ANSA Bank account number, the identification document (ID) provided to ANSA Bank (National ID/Driver’s Permit or Driver’s License/Passport) and your unique email address AND mobile number.
Why do I have to provide the information requested (Identification/Email Address/Mobile Phone Number):
- Your identification will be used to authenticate you during the self-registration process. During the self-registration, notifications would be sent to you via your email address and/or mobile number, as a security measure to ensure that you are the person completing the process.
- Once the self-registration is successfully completed, the system will automatically send two emails
- One email with your User ID (this should be retained as it is required for Login).
- One email with your temporary password.
How can I become an ANSA Bank Customer?
You can become a new customer in just 15 minutes by completing the online onboarding application. Simply visit ANSA Bank Online, select the “new customer” and follow the steps outlined.
What do I need to complete the onboarding process?
- You would need one form of national identification:
- National ID
- Passport
- Driver’s Permit/Driver’s License (Birth Certificate is required)
- You would also need either of the following proof of address (must be 3 months or less):
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Authorization Letter from Landlord
- When uploading the documents kindly ensure the file name is less than 20 characters and are in following format: PDF/PNG/JPEG/TEXT/JPG
How can I retrieve my login credentials (User ID/Password)?
Select “Forgot Credentials” on the ANSA Bank Online Landing page and follow the prompts. If unsuccessful, contact ANSA Bank at 866-2672.
